Master’s Degree Programme in People-centred and Innovative Leadership in Health Services | Online studies
The People-centred and Innovative Leadership in Health Services degree programme prepares you for work that aims to improve the health and well-being of populations, reduce inequalities and establish people-centred health services through an interdisciplinary approach.
The programme is aimed at people who work in health care, social services or the third sector and who are interested in developing evidence-based and people-centred practice, service design in integrated health services or innovative and collaborative leadership.
You can either choose to focus on studies of evidence-based and people-centred practice and service design in integrated health services or innovative and collaborative leadership.
After graduation, you will be able to analyse, critically evaluate, develop and promote the culture of people-centred and evidence-based practice in health care. You will be able to design evidence-based and people-centred health services to promote seamless collaboration between public, private and NGO sectors in health care.
Admission requirements
Candidates who have a suitable bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields can apply:
- social services
- social work
- diocesan social work
- youth work
- nursing
- public health nursing
Applicants also need to have at least two years of relevant work experience gained after the completion of their university degree (bachelor’s degree).
